JUNE THROUGH SEPTEMBER Saturdays - $2,500 Sunday through Friday - $2,200 The package includes chairs and tables for 200 people with set-up and tear- down before and after the wedding/event. Package includes the use of the Corral (our indoor facility) as well as the Ranch's 25 acres from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m., (exception is the log home, guest house and shop). You will have the option of selecting any number of locations for your wedding ceremony and/or reception.

GENERAL INFORMATION Please refer to the Grounds Page for a fuller description of the Corral. You may decorate the room appropriately for your event. The Corral is not rented out separately, but is available as part of the package described above. We work closely with local rental agencies specializing in outdoor canopies, additional tables, chairs and linens for any needs beyond what we have to provide.

VISITS PRIOR TO EVENT We encourage you to come and visit The Ranch on Beaver Creek. Just give us a call to arrange a personal tour of the facility. The best times to visit would be weekdays between 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., Saturdays and Sundays by appointment.
