PACKAGES

JUNE THROUGH SEPTEMBER Saturdays - $2,300 Friday's & Sundays - $1,900 Monday through Thursday - $1,500 The package includes chairs and tables for 200 people with set-up and tear- down before and after the wedding/event. Package includes the use of the Corral (our indoor facility) as well as the Ranch's 25 acres from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m., (exception is the log home, guest house and shop). You will have the option of selecting any number of locations for your wedding ceremony and/or reception.

OCTOBER THROUGH MAY (Use of the indoor facility only) Saturdays - $350 Sunday - Friday - $350 The package includes chairs and tables for up to 75 people to be used in the "Corral" conference room which is a 1400 square foot (23' X 60') room with thirteen foot high ceilings, designed with a Western decor. Includes the use of the kitchen, private bathroom and porta potty if needed.

GENERAL INFORMATION Please refer to the Grounds Page for a fuller description of the Corral. You may decorate the room appropriately for your event. We work closely with local rental agencies specializing in outdoor canopies, additional tables, chairs and linens for any needs beyond what we have to provide.

VISITS PRIOR TO EVENT We encourage you to come and visit The Ranch on Beaver Creek. Just give us a call to arrange a personal tour of the facility. The best times to visit would be weekdays between 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., Saturdays and Sundays by appointment.
